Get-Down Bellydance Party, Show & Costume Swap!

Let's par-TAY ladies & gents!! After two consecutive weekends of knock-'em-dead workshops and shows in Chicago, Yousry Sharif & Tribal Revolution, this Friday's event is all about kickin' back, enjoying some local performers, dancing our butts off with all the inspiration still fresh, and costume swap to try & refill the coffers!!
Drummers, bring your drums for a circle led by Elisha @ 7 to get things started right!
Bring the costumes you'd like to swap or sell!!
Performance slots available, e-mail Zoh'ra your music & brief bio to reserve your spot! Costumes optional (clothing is mandatory though, tee hee), all styles welcome.
There will be lots of open dance, until 10, and lots of cossies that need new homes!

About the venue: A vintage ballroom, second floor walk-up, across from Starbucks in the "old" center of town. Over Heisler's Bootery. There's a free lot across the street that fills quickly on Friday nights + street parking.

Always on a Friday evening following a session of classes, this is a great opportunity for students to strut their stuff in the class group numbers, or venture solo or groups performing their own original choreographies... or improvisation!! Creativity, respect and FUN are all welcome!
